“I visited Daniele back in April as I had significant problems that spanned back to 2019. The frustration it was causing for my well-being and life was taking its toll when I couldn’t hear people clearly, and I felt congested and bunged up constantly. He suggested grommets for both ears and very honestly told me I was looking at 2 years to have this done. I accepted the wait and was just glad to get the ball rolling. In late May I got a phone call to arrange grommet surgery and successfully had this completed in July. He went above and beyond to see that I got this sorted and made arrangements for this to happen in the area I was moving to. Because of the speed of service I was seen in Cambridge. I’ve just popped back to Cambridge for the day to see him to have them checked. He remembered who I am which was lovely and I feel so much happier now that I can hear properly. Fantastic service and I would highly recommend Daniele.”

Mr Borsetto has been great and professional in the way looked after my wife. Beside the usual consultations and follow up my wife developed an infection on the mastoid ear bone. She required immediate hospitalisation and despite Mr Borsetto was off duty he stayed in contact with us and the ward at the hospital to follow my wife situation. This went way out his duties and really great appreciated. I have no hesitation to recommend Dr Borsetto to anyone that requires ENT advise and treatment.

I had really bad hearing in my left ear because the middle bone in my ear had fused to the other two bones, so I had a stapedectomy procedure done. The results are amazing, my hearing in my left ear has improved significantly.

2 weeks ago, I had a stapedectomy at the Cambridge Lea Spire Hospital. I felt confident going into the surgery as Mr Borsetto explained thoroughly what was going to happen and what to expect. It was all very easy and the post surgery pain only lasted a few days. Today, I had my packing removed and am delighted to say that my hearing has returned already! I am absolutely delighted!! I cannot recommend Mr Borsetto enough. I’m one very happy patient.

Mr Borsetto recently conducted a septoplasty and medial flap turbinoplasty operation for me. This procedure was successful and I have been pleased with the end result. The initial couple of weeks after the operation were challenging and maybe I didn’t realise how major this surgery was! I certainly won’t hold this against Mr Bosetto he was very helpful and professional and 8 weeks down the line I feel the discomfort was all well worth it! Many thanks.

My experience has been so positive. Mr Borsetto was a pleasure throughout as were all the other staff I encountered. Most of all, the improvement that resulted from the procedure was life changing. The recovery was minimal and I was back on my feet in no time.

I was seen recently by Mr Borsetto to investigate ongoing balance problems. The consultation was frank, friendly and unhurried. I was listened to and encouraged to discuss my problem in detail. Following a thorough examination, it became apparent that no immediate treatment was appropriate. However I was given very helpful advice and detailed suggestions regarding future therapies. Mr Borsetto’s pragmatic and sympathetic approach left me feeling reassured and more confident of the way forward.
